USA Shipping Fee
Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $100 at Exotic Gutta Trends. For orders below $100, a nominal fee of $6.95 is applicable.

We want your order to reach you smoothly. Ensure accurate addresses during checkout. Any error on our part, and we take full responsibility for your original order.

Tracking Information
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Note that free shipping tracking may not always be available.

Some shipping companies take 2-5 days to update tracking information. If you face issues beyond this period, contact us.
Multiple Packages
Due to logistics, items in the same order may be shipped separately, even with combined shipping specified.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, shipped the next day after processing. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China.
Shipping Confirmation
Upon shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking details. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for international orders.
