RETURN POLICY
Duration: Our policy lasts for 30 days post-purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges are unfortunately not possible.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: Perishable goods, intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.
Return Instructions:
- A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Please refrain from sending the purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Opened media items (CD, DVD, etc.).
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned beyond the 30-day period.
REFUNDS

Gifted items returned will receive a gift credit. If not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
